Most of our renters take great care when renting our items, however we understand that accidents happen so to protect yourself we highly recommend adding this to your cart.Â
With an optional $14.95 Damage Waiver Protection fee available to all renters, you can now take the stress out of renting and relax when wearing your dream outfit.Â

What's included in the Damage Waiver:

Small and minor damage to the garment e.g. tears to seams

Small mark/s to the garment (not multiple stains or damage to the bottom of garment)

What's not included in the Damage Waiver:Â

Loss of the item, including but not limited to theft of the rented item

Misplacing or losing a part of the garment (including but not limited to straps, a tie, or an extra piece that completes the look)Â

Refusing to send back the garment

Sending back the garment incorrectly on return

Late returns
- Broken zips

- If the garment is returned with blood or spew on it this is an automatic dry clean, due to hygiene reasons and will be invoiced to the renter accordingly.

The rented garment must be returned to us even if it is accidentally damaged. After it is damaged, it will still be the property of Lend the Trends.Â
